What to do⏱ 5–10 min
Objective
Develop fewer points with examples instead of listing many shallow ideas.
Steps
- Read the explanation and the weak vs improved example.
- Complete the short task in your own words (3–5 sentences unless stated).
Depth beats list
⏱ ~7 min · WT2
Problem: Five shallow reasons score lower than two developed reasons.
Weak: “It is good for economy, society, culture, health and education.”
Improved: Choose two reasons. Each gets explanation + specific example (country, institution, or age group).
Reflection
- Question: “Is international tourism more positive or negative?” Choose one side in one sentence. Then write one paragraph (90–110 words) with two reasons only, both developed.
Self-check
- You addressed only this one problem.
- You produced a new example, not copied text.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Trying to cover every idea in the brainstorm.
- Examples that are only personal feelings (“I think…”) with no detail.
