What to do⏱ 5–10 min
Objective
Stretch Part 1 answers with reason + one concrete example.
Steps
- Read the explanation and the weak vs improved example.
- Complete the short task in your own words (3–5 sentences unless stated).
Three beats
⏱ ~7 min · Speaking
Formula: Answer → Because → For example
Weak: “Yes, I like music.”
Improved: “Yes, I listen to jazz because it helps me relax — for example, I play it while cooking.”
Reflection
- Answer aloud (25–30 s): “Do you like music?” Use all three beats.
Self-check
- You addressed only this one problem.
- You produced a new example, not copied text.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Stopping after “because” with no example.
- Examples that are too long (whole story).
